769 Main St- RENT SOURCE- Banner/sign attached to a house. Contacted the owner, HE is a Real Estate Agent advertising for renters. He was advised to contact Gia for an application for the sign. He was told he could leave it up as he applied for a permit. He contacted Gia. Banner/sign has been removed.
100 Broadway- JIFFY LUBE - complaint of a large dog balloon advertising the business. We checked the location, and the balloon was removed.
18 FREMONT ST- VOTE NO TAX OVERRIDE - sign removed from a city tree pit.
888 EASTERN AVE- Check for possible unauthorized sign. Nothing showing.
283 SALEM ST- YOUR COFFERY - Window signs installed without a permit and/or approval of the Sign Design. Violation notice left with owner; she was advised to contact Gia.
431 CHARLES ST- NOMAD BARBERSHOP - Checked to make sure the sign was reduced in size as per approval from the October 2025 meeting.
290 FERRY ST- COSMETIC DENTISTRY IN MALDEN - Signs installed without a permit and/or approval. Spoke with office personnel and advised them to contact Gia.
