What was decided

The committee reviewed cost estimate details for the Malden River Works Salt Shed & Boathouse project, including Phase 2 funding, which likely leaves about a $2M gap. The group decided to use aluminum instead of wood siding, switch the roof to corrugated metal, and keep the storefront window system. The committee also planned to gather more information on bonding, cable alternatives, and storage racks before further decisions.
