Updates from Compliance:
- 283 SALEM ST- "YOUR COFFERY"- Window signs installed w/o permit and/or approval of Sign Design Committee. Owner notified several times to contact Gia for an application. They never completed the application. Tickets issued. They finally contacted Gia. Sign has been removed. Also spoke with the manger and had them remove an A-Frame sign from the sidewalk.
- 40 WEBSTERST -"YOUR COFFERY" sign removed from sidewalk tree pit.
- 290 FERRY ST -"COSMETIC DENTISTRY" signs installed w/o permit and/or approval of Sign Design Committee. They were notified several times to contact Gia to complete the application that was applied for over a year ago. They have not. Tickets issued.
- 129 CHARLES ST -"EDUARDO'S AUTOBODY"- Signs installed w/o permit and/or approval of Sign Design Committee. They were advised to contact Gia, they did, and submitted an application.
- 519 MAIN ST -"AAMA LAMA" NEPALI RESTURANT & CAFÉ- Signs installed w/o permits and/or approval of Sign Design Committee. Property owner was advised to contact Gia for an application. They are on the docket today.
- 242 MAIN ST -"STREET STYLE SPORTS"- New business sign installed w/o permit and/or approval of Sign Design Committee. Spoke with owner and advised her to contact Gia for an application.
- 182 HIGHLAND AVE- "AV INNOVATIONS"- New business sign installed w/o permit and/or approval from Sign Design Committee. They were advised to contact Gia for an application. A business advisor for the business was advised of the procedure multiple times for 3 weeks now. He finally reached out to Gia. Still waiting for an application.
- CENTER ST- (4) "BIG TIME WRESTLING"- Event for May 30, 2026 at the Everett Rec Center, signs removed from the traffic island between Pearl St and Commercial St.
- 184 SALEM ST -"YI XIANG HUNAN GOURMET"- Restaurant had an A-Frame sign blocking the sidewalk. Advised the manager that they are not allowed on the sidewalk. A-Frame was removed from the sidewalk.
The following designs were considered for approval:
- The Committee reviewed a sign application from AAMA LAMA located at 519 Main St. Pukpon Limpukdee from Superb Graphics was present. The Committee voted to approve the sign. A motion was made by Ari Taylor, Seconded by Alex Pratt

- The Committee reviewed a sign application from Antojitos Gourmet located at 251 Broadway. Gabriel Garcia from Cigoto Signs was present. The Committee voted to approve the sign. Regarding the roof sign Gabriel was informed that he can reface the sign but will need to apply for a new permit. A motion was made by Alex Pratt, Seconded by Ari Taylor.

- The Committee reviewed a sign application from Lena Beauty located at 4 Maplewood St. Naimo Khan from CRG was present. The Committee voted to approve the sign. A motion was made by Alex Pratt, Seconded by Ari Taylor

- The Committee reviewed a sign application from Expert Eyebrow located at 694 Salem St. Mehmet Sahin from Falcon Graphics was present. The Committee voted to approve the sign. A motion was made by Ari Taylor, Seconded by Alex Pratt

- The Committee was unable to review again an application from Wing Stop located at 44 Broadway. No one was present at the meeting.
